If you haven’t replaced the battery in your portable panic button(s) within recent memory, it is time to replace and test your panic button.
This is the procedure:
You will need one battery per panic button.
Locate your portable panic button(s) and with your account number in hand (from your alarm invoice), and a dime to open the battery compartment, call the service department during test hours (9-4) at 388-5355 who will walk you through the process and help you test the button.
Take care when handling the panic button. A panic signal will result in the police being sent.
