"We have had our home alarm system with Redwood Security for over 9 years, and we've only needed to have a service technician come by twice in all this time. They have always been very responsive with any questions we have had. Most recently, we called in because we had several zone fault messages come up on our panel display, and our technician, Luke, came out the very next morning. He was very prompt for the 9:00am appointment and was very professional in demeanor. He carefully - yet efficiently - investigated and tested the root cause of the issues, and within a short time, he had fixed everything. We are very happy with the service we received thanks to Luke."

"We have been customers for over 10 years. At a time when real customer service seems like something from a bygone era, I am so consistently impressed by the service provided by Redwood Security. This is a well run company with excellent, well trained employees who know what they are doing. We had a problem yesterday. A technician came out within a half an hour and diagnosed the problem. The repair was done this morning and our system is up and running again.

"We've used Redwood Security since 2009 and it's been a great experience. We chose them based on a recommendation from friends and are so glad that we did. One main reason that we went with them is that some of the other, bigger name, security companies' marketing is all about scare tactics (the bad guys are coming for you!). No thanks.
Redwood's staff are uniformly friendly and responsive. We only had to have our battery replaced once. It didn't trigger a false alarm (as others reported) but it did make a high-pitched beeping sound (which we turned off by inputting our code). Redwood got someone out to replace it the next day.
The system itself is easy to use - choose a main code and a backup one and then there are really only three commands that you'll ever use (turn the alarm on when you leave the house; turn it on when you're in the house and turn it off).
Overall, we've been very happy with this company and also really like supporting a local business."

They have been our home security and fire monitoring company for many years for our Tiburon home and we recently used them again to install & monitor a wired system in our San Francisco home. The entire process of installation, setting up monitoring and periodic service calls over the years has been over-the-top wonderful.
I always get a quick email response from Jeff when I need something and the best part is they have SMART service technicians. The guys that we have worked with over the years, are beyond capable - they are exceptional! They get things done quickly and have the best attitudes. They take time to explain things to you. We would never think about using a different security company. In our opinion, these guys are the best in the Bay Area.
